2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Contact form and intro call: Full name, email, phone, company name, and a description of your needs.
AI readiness map for your organization (the site quiz): Full name, email, phone, company, role, company size, the process you chose, your quiz answers and score — to show and send you the result and to contact you if you asked for a call.
Providing these details is not a legal obligation. Required form fields are full name, email, phone, company, role and the process you chose (company size and a call request are optional). Without them we can't show or send you the result. Marketing consent is not a condition for getting the result.
Marketing consent (optional, separate per channel): if you tick it, we store the consent type (email / WhatsApp), the consent wording and when you gave it.
Newsletter sign-up (with your consent): Email address.
Direct correspondence: If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Basic usage data: Pages visited, time on page, referrer source.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type.

3. Purposes of Use

Inquiry responses — Getting back to you with a consulting proposal, answer, or to schedule a call.
Marketing (with consent only) — Sending newsletters / marketing material. You can opt out at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in every email we send.
Marketing WhatsApp (separate consent only) — WhatsApp messages, including marketing, only if you ticked that consent. Opt out any time by replying "STOP" or emailing hello@soulbe.io.
Site improvement — Analytics to understand which content is useful and where users get stuck.
Legal compliance — Reporting to authorities, complying with court orders.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Consent — Marketing email and WhatsApp, newsletter, non-essential cookies.
Contract performance — Delivering the service you asked for (e.g. sending a quote).
Legitimate interest — Site security, understanding usage, fraud prevention.

5. Sharing with Service Providers

To operate the site we rely on technical providers:

Vercel (site hosting) — based in the U.S.
Vercel Web Analytics / Speed Insights (cookieless usage measurement).
Meta / LinkedIn (campaign measurement) — only if enabled for a campaign and only after you accept in the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy.
WhatsApp (communication) — if you reach out via WhatsApp.
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM and email delivery) — stores inquiries and quiz submissions and sends messages to people who consented.
Cal.com (call scheduling) — if you book a call through the link.
Resend (system email) — internal notification of a new inquiry.

Each provider is bound by its own terms and privacy policy. Where required, we have signed Data Processing Agreements with them.

6. International Transfers

Some of our providers are located outside Israel (mainly in the U.S. and EU). We ensure that transfers occur with appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification).

7. Cookies

The site uses cookieless usage measurement (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). Marketing measurement tools load only if enabled for a campaign and only after you accept in the banner. Full details: Cookie Policy.

8. Your Rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) (and GDPR where applicable to you):

Right of access — To know what information we hold about you.
Right to rectification — To correct inaccurate information.
Right to erasure — To request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
Right to object to marketing — At any time.
Right to data portability — To receive your data in a structured format.

Complaints can be filed with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (privacyprotection.gov.il).

9. Data Security

The site is HTTPS-encrypted, access to information is restricted, and we perform ongoing backups and maintenance. However, no system is completely secure — if we become aware of a significant breach, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Retention Period

Inquiries that didn't become projects: Up to 24 months.
Customer correspondence on projects: Duration of project + 7 years (accounting obligations).
Newsletter subscription: Until you ask to be removed.
Quiz answers and score: like lead inquiries, up to 24 months.
Marketing consent records (wording, channel, time): for as long as we send you marketing, plus up to 24 months after you unsubscribe, to prove consent.
Technical logs: Up to 90 days.

11. Minors

The site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information about minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with information — please contact us for immediate deletion.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be displayed prominently on the site 30 days before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute — the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District.
